Yes,coffee grains or coffee beans.It sounds strange but don’t knock it ’til you try it. It’s working for Halle Berry.It seems like she’s on to something with this coffee mixed with body wash secret.

If you really think about it,haven’t you seen skincare products that have coffee in them?Spas use it as scrubs and many salons even have coffee masks.It reduces the appearance of cellulite when applied on the body and it is said to help protect your skin from harmful UV rays.

Scientifically speaking,it(caffeine) has also been proven to protect your body from skin cancer.What research was this?Well,the research that was conducted at Rutgers University in New Jersey,that’s what.

So this DIY trick can hit two birds in one stone.It can help reduce the appearance of your celulite and it protects your skin from the sun’s harmful rays. Thank you Miss Berry!

How you can do this  DIY celebrity skincare secret yourself  is as easy as pie.Most of these items are already in your bathroom or in your kitchen. you’ll need the following items:

  • A shower puff or a massage mitt
  • Any type of body wash.You can use whatever body wash you have already.
  • Ground coffee enough to scrub your whole body with. ( Of course avoid decaffeinated coffee as you obviously want all the caffeine you can get)

Step 1

As soon as you’re in the shower,pour enough body wash unto your shower puff. Using your hands,mix it in so it’s nice and foamy.

Step 2 

Add the coffee to your shower puff and do the same mixing procedure you did in step 1.

Step 3

Wet your entire body and run the puff all over it.Focus on the areas where you normally have cellulite – massage your legs,your tush and your hips.

Step 4 

Once your entire body is covered,let the coffee sit on your skin for 5 minutes.This is enough time for your skin to absorb the coffee.It really helps if you take a warm shower because the heat or the steam will help your pores open up some more.

Step 5 

Rinse yourself after the time has elapsed.There’s no need to apply soap or body wash after you have rinsed everything off. Only use water to preserve the effect of the caffeine on your skin.You don’t want to wash it off,right?

The coffee you rubbed on your skin will not only help with cellulite but will also speed up your blood flow.


Yet,when we tested it,some of us ,however,did not apply anything afterwards and our skin felt a bit dry and tight.
